Aberdeen Falls is situated in the Kehelgamuwa mountain range, 6km away from Nuwara Eliya. The spectacular waterfall is formed by the upper part of the Kehelgamuwa River and is 98 meters (322 feet) high. It is named after Aberdeen, the capital of Aberdeenshire, which is the third largest city in Scotland.
